The union representing Air Georgian pilots says it has filed an unfair labour practice complaint with the Canadian Industrial Relations Board against the Ontario-based airline. The Air Line Pilots Association has accused the airline of bargaining in bad faith and acting inappropriately with pilots. The legal action comes 13 days after pilots filed for conciliation in seeking their first collective agreement.
